ROAD TOWN, Tortola (BVIGIS) -- Representatives from the Ministry of Communications, Facilities Management Unit, security officers and the maintenance crew within the Central Administration Complex are pictured attending a one week Customer Service workshop.
The workshop commenced yesterday, January 20, and aims to aid in raising the standard of service provided to the public and internal customers.
Participants will learn the philosophy of exceptional customer service and the effectiveness of team power. Mrs. Judith Vanterpool of BizComEd Consulting Inc. is facilitating the exercise which concludes January 26.
