 Rain Spoils Round 2 Of Women's Super50

PORT OF SPAIN, Trinidad (WICB) -- Rain affected all three scheduled matches in the second round of the Regional Women’s Super50 here on Saturday.

North Windward Islands reached 27 for seven off 17.5 overs before rain halted play.

In a match reduced to 36 overs, Jamaica were 109 for four off 29 overs when the match was abandoned due to rain.

Not a ball was bowled in the Barbados vs Guyana match also due to rain.

The tournament continues on Monday with Guyana playing Trinidad & Tobago at Gilbert Park, Barbados playing South Windward Islands at National Cricket Centre and North Windward Islands against Jamaica at Exchange.
